ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE OPENING OF AN INTERNATIONAL SELECTION TENDER PROCEDURE FOR THE HIRING OF A PHD PURSUANT TO DECREE-LAW NO. 57/ 2016 OF 29 AUGUST
The Rector of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Prof. Dr. Isabel Capeloa Gil, hereby announces an international selection tender for one vacancy of doctorate junior researcher to perform duties of scientific research and knowledge transfer, on an exclusivity basis, in the scientific field of biotechnology for the development of cured meat products that are understood by the consumer as sustainable and natural/clean label and that provide a good sensory experience, while maintaining food safety and the nutritional profile improvement of the products. The research activities are to be carried out at CBQF – Centro de Biotecnologia e Química Fina, integrated at Escola Superior de Biotecnologia of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, in Porto, within the framework of the integrated project Agenda VIIAFOOD – Plataforma de Valorização, Industrialização e Inovação comercial para o Agroalimentar” and specifically in the sub-project “Sustainable & clean-label cured and cooked meat products”, framed in the Notice n.º 02/C05-i01/2022, financed through the Program for Recovery and Resilience (PRR).
