PUBLIC NOTICE FOR AN INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR APPLICATIONS  FOR THE POST OF LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

A call for applications for one vacancy of LABORATORY TECHNICIAN to perform duties of innovative bakery and pastry products with reduced/total replacement of chemical additives and improved nutritional and organoleptic quality, in the scientific field of Food Science and Technology. The research activities will be carried out at the Centre for Biotechnology and Fine Chemistry (CBQF), integrated at the Faculty of Biotechnology of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, in Porto, within the framework of the Project Integrated in Agenda VIIAFOOD – Platform for Valorization, Industrialization and Commercial Innovation for Agri-Food”, in its component 5 – Capitalization and Business Innovation, under the Regulation of the Incentive System “Agendas for Business Innovation” and Invitation Notice n. 02/C05-i01/2022, and specifically in the sub-project “Development of preservative free preparations to the pastry industry with natural ingredients”, under the following conditions:
