CALL FOR APPLICATION FOR A RESEARCH SCHOLARSHIP
A call for tenders is now open for the attribution of one Research Scholarship within the scope of the Project “WineSensor: AI-supported voltammetric sensor for monitoring wine oxidation” financed by the Cork Supply Portugal, SA, under the following conditions, set out below:

Candidates for the Research grant must, at the date of application, be enrolled, or present a commitment to enroll in a study cycle conferring an ( Doctoral) degree in Biotechnology or related areas. Candidates for the Research Grant, after selection, in order to begin the contracting process, must enroll in the Biotechnology doctoral program at the School of Biotechnology, in accordance with the theme and work plan of the grant to be carried out within the scope of the aforementioned project. Indeed, this doctoral program must be carried out at the School of Biotechnology of the Catholic University of Portugal and supervised by a team identified for the implementation of the work plan.
Candidates must hold a master’s degree in Biochemistry, Environmental Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology and Innovation, or related fields, and meet the admission criteria of the general doctoral regulations of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.*
