CALL FOR THE ATTRIBUTION OF A RESEARCH GRANT

A tender is now open for the attribution of a Research Grant under the project “RE-EAT ROCHA PEAR- Strategies for recovering the post-storage ripening capacity of Rocha pear treated with 1-MCP  and aimed at different markets” co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER) through the Competitiveness and Internationalization Operational Program (POCI) under the following conditions:

Research grant

Master's degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering, or related fields, as well as mastering the English language; Extensive research experience in postharvest field, postharvest waste valorization, extraction and characterization of bioactive compounds and product development, as well as demonstrated autonomy in conducting scientific investigation; Experience in research projects and evidence from international scientific publications will be considered preferred factors; Be enrolled or commit to enrolling in a course that does not confer an academic degree that promotes the consolidation of their scientific training.
