- Companies in the agri-food sector present real problems from their businesses to be solved by students, in groups, using Deep Tech-based solutions.
- Steps and tools for the development of a Deep Tech solution: entrepreneurs' stories and their startups; Deep Tech business ventures, business plan concepts, AI tools, digital platforms, Open Innovation strategies and guidelines for the perfect pitch.
- Overview of Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) methodologies associated with Deep Tech solutions.
