Call for tenders for the attribution of one Research Scholarship

A tender is now open for the attribution of a Research Grant under the project “cLabel+: Innovative “clean label” natural, nutritious and consumer-oriented foods” (POCI-01-0247-FEDER-046080), co-financed by the Fund European Regional Development (ERDF) through the Competitiveness and Internationalization Operational Program (POCI), under the following conditions:

Research Scholarship

Applicants for the research grant must have a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology or similar area. Applicants for the Research Grant must also be enrolled or commit to enrolling in a course that does not confer an academic degree, that promotes the consolidation of their scientific training  . It is essential that candidates have good command of the English language and have research experience in natural ingredients: chemical and biological characterization, meat products, sauces and/or confectionery products: formulation and microbiological, physicochemical, nutritional and texture characterization of novel foods. Experience in research projects in the area of the project will be considered preferential factors.
