A call for tenders is now open for the attribution of one Research Scholarship within the scope of the Project “WineSensor: AI-supported voltammetric sensor for monitoring wine oxidation” financed by Cork Supply Portugal, SA, under the following conditions, set out below:

General requirements:
Candidates for the research grant must, at the time of application, be enrolled or present a commitment to enroll in a doctoral program in Biotechnology or related areas. To initiate the contracting process, selected candidates must enroll in the Doctoral Program in Biotechnology at the School of Biotechnology, in alignment with the theme and work plan of the grant within the scope of the aforementioned project. Furthermore, this doctoral program must be completed at the Escola Superior de Biotecnologia of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa and supervised by the team designated to implement the work plan.
Candidates must hold a master’s degree in Biochemistry, Environmental Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology and Innovation, or related fields, and meet the admission criteria of the general doctoral regulations of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.*
