PhD from the Portuguese Catholic University in 2024, in nutrition in the first years of life, with the thesis entitled: “Early feeding pattern, nutritional status and growth in Portuguese children aged 12-36 months: A nationally representative study” which was based on EPACI PORTUGAL 2012 (Study of Feeding Patterns and Growth in Childhood), in which she was a member of the coordination team. Graduated in Nutrition Sciences from the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences at the University of Porto in 2006. Invited Assistant of Maternal and Paediatric Nutrition on the Nutrition Sciences degree at the Portuguese Catholic University since 2009.
Author of several papers at scientific meetings and national and international publications in scientifically refereed journals. She is involved in the supervision of students and practices clinical nutrition and consultancy in child nutrition.
