This will be one of the key questions addressed in the session “Decarbonization in the Food Industry: Towards a Sustainable Sector”, taking place on April 16 at Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Porto.
The initiative focuses on knowledge sharing and the presentation of concrete solutions to drive the green transition in the agri-food sector. It is promoted by PortugalFoods and the partners of the Descarboniza project: InovCluster, Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Universidade do Minho, Colab4Food, TecMinho and Instituto Pedro Nunes.
