Graduated in Nutritional Sciences and PhD in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Porto.

Nutritionist at Futebol Clube do Porto and head of FC Porto Dragon Force Nutrition Department, for more than a decade. Currently, she is responsible for the Events, Innovation and Development area of Futebol Clube do Porto Nutrition Department.

She has been a University Professor since 2021 and was part of the research group at Portugal Football School, of the Portuguese Football Federation, in the area of Nutrition applied to Sports Sciences.

Clinical and sports Nutrition at CUF Porto Hospital. Author and co-author of internationally indexed scientific publications and also co-author of two books in Sports Nutrition area.

Regular speaker at national and international scientific events and teacher in more than 50 editions of courses, training and/or postgraduate courses in Sports Nutrition area.

She also supervised and co-supervised 52 undergraduate and master's theses in the area of Nutritional Sciences and 173 curricular internships to obtain a bachelor's degree in the same area.
