The Faculty of Biotechnology (ESB) and the Centre for Biotechnology and Fine Chemistry (CBQF) at Universidade Católica Portuguesa are organising a Debate and Book Launch "Sensory Evaluation and Consumer Acceptance of New Food Products", published by the Royal Society of Chemistry (UK).
The event is part of the celebrations marking 40 years of Sensory Analysis and Consumer Studies at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. It will take place on 5 December 2024, at 5:00 pm, in the Corticeira Amorim Auditorium on the Porto campus of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
