The ESB gave us the opportunity to get to know and explore the different areas of Nutrition Sciences. The theoretical component and, above all, the practical component were fundamental for solid learning and consolidation of it later, with hands-on practice. The life of a Nutritionist in the clinical area goes far beyond making food plans, and I think that's why I love what I do so much. There is a constant need to look for knowledge and an attempt to understand how nutrients that make up food will interact with the different organs in our bodies. It is this search that motivates the construction of a professional path of success and personal fulfillment.
