There is no such thing as degrees with “a lot” or “no” professional success. What ultimately makes a difference is the dedication, the work and the persistence we put into things. Set a goal and fight for it!

I am living the dream, 100% fulfilled, 100% dedicated and 100% focused. I work many hours a day, because I want to, but best of all, I still feel like I haven't worked a single day in my life. Every day tastes like the first, the same enthusiasm, the same joy. I'm very grateful. The close follow-up that the ESB provided me was crucial in my evolution, not only as a student, but also as a professional. I took advantage of all the opportunities and programs that the university offered to get in touch with different realities of the market and with successful professionals who inspire me to this day.

The ESB gave us the opportunity to get to know and explore the different areas of Nutrition Sciences. The theoretical component and, above all, the practical component were fundamental for solid learning and consolidation of it later, with hands-on practice. The life of a Nutritionist in the clinical area goes far beyond making food plans, and I think that's why I love what I do so much. There is a constant need to look for knowledge and an attempt to understand how nutrients that make up food will interact with the different organs in our bodies. It is this search that motivates the construction of a professional path of success and personal fulfillment.
