Call for tenders for the attribution of one Research Scholarship
A tender is now open for the attribution of a Research Grant under the project “cLabel+: Innovative “clean label” natural, nutritious and consumer-oriented foods” (POCI-01-0247-FEDER-046080), co-financed by the Fund European Regional Development (ERDF) through the Competitiveness and Internationalization Operational Program (POCI), under the following conditions:

Applicants must have a Master's degree in Food Science or Engineering, Consumer Studies, Biotechnology or similar area; Be enrolled or commit to enrolling in a course that does not confer an academic degree, that promotes the consolidation of their scientific training; Must be able to communicate in Portuguese and are fluent in English; Prior knowledge and experience in sensory evaluation and consumer studies, development, characterization and validation of food products - chemical, physical (texture) and sensory attributes and statistical data analysis will be considered preferential factors. |
