Rules for awarding launch-phase scholarships for the PRR Liberal Sciences B.Sc Degree course at the Escola Superior de Biotecnologia of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa

These rules govern the terms of the award of 1st year launch-phase scholarships financed by the Training4Resilience project of the Recovery and Resilience Program (PRR) 2024/2025 to students of the B.Sc degree in Liberal Sciences at the Escola Superior de Biotecnologia.

1.  15 scholarships for access to the first year of the B.Sc degree in Liberal Sciences will be awarded to the best candidates who have an application score above 140 and who enrol within the stipulated period.  The amount of the scholarship awarded corresponds to the value of the annual course attendance fee, considered in 10 instalments (months from September to June). 
    
2. Students who have their application grade changed as a result of improved grades in national exams (obtained in the 2nd phase or in the exam review process) will be considered again for the award of any remaining scholarships for the academic year in question.
    
3. These scholarships cannot be combined with any other type of benefit, with the exception of social benefits, and in this case up to a limit of 100% of the annual tuition fee.
