It is already on the 15th of September that microorganisms are on the loose at the Faculty of Biotechnology, in the second edition of this event dedicated to “microbes” and their importance in our lives. In a day filled with scientific experiments, our researchers will demonstrate and explain the role of different microorganisms in the environment (water and soil), in food (food production and food safety) and in health (intestinal and skin microbiome), among others.
