- Introduction to 4 Deep Tech areas (Biotechnology, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Robotics, and Clean Technologies), and their application in the agri-food sector and waste valorization.

- Steps and tools for the development of a Deep Tech solution: entrepreneurs' stories and their startups; Deep Tech business ventures, business plan concepts, AI tools, digital platforms, Open Innovation strategies and guidelines for the perfect pitch.
