Bio
Graduated (2012), Master’s (2015), and with an Advanced Studies Diploma (2017) in Information Science from the University of Coimbra, she has focused her career on University Libraries. With experience in training on databases, research methodology, and ethical use of information, she has been collaborating since 2019 on training initiatives in classroom with all academic units of the Porto Regional Center. In addition to user training, she has dedicated herself to supporting research, information evaluation, and scientific publishing, and she has also been a copyeditor for the International Journal of Food Studies since 2020. From the research perspective, her main interests are knowledge organization systems, particularly scientific abstracts, and information literacy in academic and scientific environments. Collaborating at the Porto Regional Center of UCP since 2019, she is the Coordinator of the Library and Information Management Service since 2023. Currently, she is also doing the Executive MBA at Católica Porto Business School.
