A call for tenders is now open for the attribution of one post-doctoral research grant (BIPD) within the scope o of the Green Agenda for Business Innovation "FROM FOSSIL TO FOREST", within the scope of the «Mobilizing Agendas/Alliances for Business Innovation» of Component 5, concerning «Business Training and Innovation», funded by the Portugal Recovery and Resilience Plan (“PRR”), under the following conditions:

Post-doctoral research grant (BIPD) |
The postdoctoral research grant can be awarded only if the following requirements are cumulatively met: a) PhD degree obtained in the three years before the start date of the grant. b) The post-doctoral research will be carried out in a host entity other than the one in which the research work leading to the award of the PhD degree was carried out. c) The grant holder does not exceed, with the celebration of the grant contract in question, including possible renewals, an accumulated period of three years in this fellowship type, followed or interpolated. In addition to the above-referenced requirements, candidates for the research grant must have a PhD in the scientific area of Food, Chemical, Environment Polymer or Materials Engineering, Biotechnology or similar. Candidates must have a good command of the English language and have research experience in relevant areas, with preference given to those who show experience in materials and packaging, development and formulation, barrier properties and migration determination, recyclability or life cycle assessment. |
