As part of the course of Gastrotechnics, the BSc Degree in Nutrition Sciences and the Masters in Food Engineering, students had the opportunity to visit the company Conserveira 100 Mistérios, Lda, owner of the brands José Gourmet, Maria Organic, ATI Manel and ABC+. The visit was very enriching, allowing future nutritionists and food engineers a direct contact with the daily activities that make up the manufacturing process of canned fish.
