Objectives
Build in-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management. Learn appropriate methods, techniques, and tools for implementing a more efficient and sustainable supply chains.

Skills
Recognize supply chain terminology in the current organizational context. Be able to observe and study operations and describe the logistics systems and supply chain underlying those operations. Analyze the purchase process from different perspectives. Assess risk and food safety along the supply chain. Analyze logistics processes from an efficiency perspective and suggest improvements based on that analysis. Identify local and international risk events that can influence supply chain management.
