The research activities will be carried out at the Centre for Biotechnology and Fine Chemistry (CBQF), integrated at the Faculty of Biotechnology of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, in Porto, within the framework of the Project "MONCHIQUE + – Functionalization of Monchique water for the promotion of digestive health and well-being. Any national, foreign, or stateless candidates who hold a doctoral degree in Food Science and Technology, Biotechnology
