Call for tenders for the attribution of one Research Scholarship
A tender is now open for the attribution of a Research Grant under the project “cLabel+: Innovative “clean label” natural, nutritious and consumer-oriented foods” (POCI-01-0247-FEDER-046080), co-financed by the Fund European Regional Development (ERDF) through the Competitiveness and Internationalization Operational Program (POCI), under the following conditions:

Applicants for the research grant must have a Master's degree in Food Science or Engineering or in directly related areas. Applicants for Research Grant must also be enrolled in or commit to enrolling in a course that does not confer an academic degree, that promotes the consolidation of their scientific training. It is essential that the candidates have a good command of English and Portuguese. Candidates should have knowledge in the areas of sensory analysis, development and characterization of food products. Prior experience in sensory evaluation and consumer studies, in the development, characterization and validation of food products - chemical, physical (texture) and sensory attributes and in statistical data analysis will be considered preferential factors.
