Bio

PhD in Organisational Behaviour and a Master in Public Administration from the University of Liverpool.  She is an Associate Professor at Católica Porto Business School, FEG of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where she teaches Organizational Behaviour, and coordinates and teaches Multidisciplinary Project I and II. She teaches Personal and Communication Skills course at the School of Biotechnology. She coordinated several development projects at the school level, namely the Career Service, the international mobility programme, two pedagogical innovation projects (PIC and EETUE) which led to several invitations, as guest speaker, in international seminars organised by the European Commission. She is co-author in international indexed journals and national and international book chapters. Currently she maintains an interest students’ competence development in Higher Education. She has also published in the field of academic fraud. She collaborated in research projects that focus on empathic leadership, challenges and opportunities which emerge in startup work contexts, as well as managers' decision making in the dying process of a firm. She is currently a member of the Católica Learning Innovation Lab - CLIL, collaborating in the ongoing research projects. She is also a member in CPBS’s Scientific Committee and director of the MSc Human Resources Management.
